by replacing some of the more costly pigments with less expensive
alternatives. Each color has good transparency, excellent tinting strength and
good working properties. The Cotman Painting PLUS set is part of our
pioneering Cotman PLUS range which offers a selection of innovative and modern
water color sets for all water color artists. This stylish set is
comprehensive and practical in size, making it suitable for studio or outdoor
painting. This Cotman Pocket PLUS set contains: 24 assorted Cotman Water Color
half pans and a Cotman series 111 No. 3 brush. Typical of all PLUS sets, the
Painting PLUS is both practical and versatile. It boasts substantial mixing
surfaces including a removable clip on palette which can be clipped on either
side of the set for extending mixing and a second internal palette which can
be used inside or outside the set on a flat surface. The inside of the lid can
also be used for extra mixing when other palettes are removed.
