The world was hardly waiting with baited breath for a sequel to John Landis’endearingly sloppy “Blues Brothers.” In fact, “Blues Brothers 2000” left narya vapor trail in theaters on its way to unsuspecting video and cable patrons.Misguided, though lovingly executed, the cross-generation soundtrack makes asmuch room for Johnny Lang and John Popper as it does for Wilson Pickett,Junior Wells and Paul Butterfield.
