securely in position, with an attached safety strap for you to secure over

additional security strap on the underside of the pad keeps it attached to the
changing table for added protection, and it meets the safety standards of the
American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM F2388). The Summer® Contoured
Changing Pad is designed to fit most standard-sized changing tables and comes
with a machine washable waterproof liner for easy cleanup.
