Features:

In The Breeze Item #1000 – Rainbow Striped 6-Panel Hot Air Balloon Wind Spinners are made with durable polyester fabric that is fade and weather resistant.
The brightly colored printed fabric is laminated onto plastic panels. The panels are supported with fiberglass which maintains the balloon shape.
The size is 12 inches wide by 16 inches high with a 30-inch curled tail and ribbon streamers. A heavy duty ball bearing snap swivel is attached for easy hanging.
Hot air balloons ship flat and are easy to assemble. The balloon has been partially assembled with the bottom fiberglass spars already glued into the wooden basket's plastic core.
Hot air balloon hanging spinners have great visual appeal as they rotate in the wind. Enjoy color in motion.
