Material: Genuine Ray Skin + Silk, Weight After Packing: 2.0 kg. The cutting
edge of this sword is on the reverse side, this kind of sword is named
Sakabato. The blade is made of 1095 high carbon steel. It’s hand forged by
fully following ancient process to remove impurities, which makes the blade
strong and flexible. The blade is full tang with hand engraved Mei(signature).
The sword is equipped with wood saya, silk sageo/ito, iron copper tsuba set,
and genuine same(rayskin) on tsuka. It is a very good choice for the following
use: iaido, gifts, cutting practice, display and valuable art collection. It
is very strong for cutting on tameshigiri, bamboos, bones, iron things(wire
and can), etc.
