All other merchandise, with the exception of some parts, is warranted to be free of defects of workmanship and materials for a one year period from the original purchase date. The liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid and is limited to credit for, or replacement of the defective part. We do not warrant or represent that the merchandise complies with the provision of any law or acts, and buyer assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of the goods, whether used singly or in combination with other products. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs or alterations, or lack of maintenance of our products.
