• THE BEST PART – the water inside this freeze stick, once melted, is perfect to drink too, unlike gel packs that just take up space. Remove lid before putting ice stick into water jug. • IMPORTANT – Leave 1/2" unfilled. Water expands when it freezes. Stand Ice Stick up when freezing. Make sure caps are SCREWED ON TIGHTLY. Takes about 6-10 hrs to freeze, depends on the temperature of your freezer.
