Size: 1.69 oz | Part Number: 8330-50ML The 8330 Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive is an electronic grade epoxy thatcombines moderate curing rate and extreme conductivity with ease of use. Ithas a convenient 1-to-1 ratio, a workable ten minutes pot life, and a moderatecuring rate. It achieves an operational level in five hours at roomtemperature. With heat, the 8330 cures in less than 15 minutes and maximizesits conductivity. The cured adhesive bonds very well to most substrates usedin electronic assemblies; resists thermal and mechanical shocks; and providesthe low resistivity needed for many operating conditions. The 8330 epoxyadhesive provides high conductivity seals, bonds, and repairs of electronicdevices. It is primarily used as a cold solder: a metal solder replacement forbonding heat-sensitive electronic components. It allows for quick coldsoldering repairs, and is effective at bonding heat sinks to other componentsand PCBs. It also provides excellent EMI/RFI shielding, and is very effectiveat filling in seems between metal plates. Its primary applications are repairand assembly of electronics in microelectronics and optoelectronics. It isused in the automobile, aerospace, marine communication, instrumentation, andindustrial control equipment industries.
