Description

Rated for 350 pound load capacity. Pre-assembled, contains
installation kit and instructions. Extra corner bracing keeps stairway frame
square. Full width door hinge for strength and durability. EZ-Hang Strap
system acts as temporary supports for quick and easy installation.
Installation kit includes EZ-Hang Strap system, 36″ pull cord, 4 support
straps, eight 7/8″ roofing nails, 2 aluminum feet, two 3/4″ bolts, two 3/4″
lock nuts with washers, eyebolt with nut and washer, 2 nut and washer, pole
hook, wood door, and installation instructions. Not for homes with roof
trusses unless engineer is consulted for approval. “F” suffix = Canada

AL258P is 300 pound duty rated. It allows you access to storage in non-
traditional spaces with ceilings over 10′ it has extra corner bracing to keep
stairway frame square. A full width door to allow large items through. The
easy installation kit comes with EZ hang strap, 36″ pull cord, support straps
, shims for final squaring, nails, bolts, lock nuts and adjustable aluminum
feet. It also includes a Douglas fir plywood door and instructions. It is not
for homes with roof trusses.
