access to milk through holes of cage during fermentation and reliable
separated from ready kefir during drinking through straw. Thus NO STRAINER,
SPATULA, DISH WASHING AND OTHER MANIPULATIONS ARE NEEDED. Just fill jar with
milk and drink after solidifying. Drink fresh kefir, refill and replenish as
desired with our patented Kefir Fermenter. See Instruction for details.
