Clear Jel works well with all types of ingredients including acidic ones and has a strong stability during freeze and thaws.
Use Clear Jel if you're canning homemade pie fillings, it doesn't begin thickening until the liquid begins to cool.
Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing of the powder.
Directions: Use 1/4 cup of Clear Jel for every 1 quart of liquid.
