Roctane Ultra Endurance Energy Drink is a carbohydrate intensive energy drink
mix formulated especially for ultra-distance and intense racing or training
efforts. It contains the critical carbs and electrolyte replenishment that
endurance athletes need to compete at high levels. Each serving contains 250
calories of complex and simple carbs that are optimized for rapid absorption
and energy accessibility. Key electrolytes, including 320mg of sodium, help
maintain hydration. Roctane Ultra Endurance Drink contains beta-alanine which
supplements dietary beta-alanine to improve muscle buffering during intense
efforts, and branched-chain amino acids, which are shown to serve as an
additional fuel source (when taken with carbohydrates), reduce muscle damage,
enhance recovery, and delay fatigue. Select flavors contain 35mg of caffeine,
which increases focus and concentration, and decreases perceived effort.
Roctane Drink is light tasting—not chalky like most calorie-dense drinks—and
mixes easily in a bottle with 21 ounces of water. One bottle per hour,
supported when necessary by one Roctane Gel, is recommended for races and
prolonged exercise. Available in a 1.72-pound/12-serving canister or
