aluminized steel, a 3 ply material consisting of two layers of tough corrosion
resistant 3003 aluminum alloy around the durability, strength and superior
heat conduction of carbon steel. Folded construction along with reinforcing
wire support provides unparalleled strength for these pullman pans and lids.
The covers slide on and off easily and each loaf pan features a silicone glaze
finish to provide for easy release of baked goods.
