• The Kingpinless Series 92 polyurethane casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights- 6 wheel (8 mounting height), 8 wheel (10-1/2 mounting height), 10 wheel (12-1/2 mounting height) and 12 wheel (15-1/2 mounting height) and are made of a non-marking, non-marring green polyurethane tread on a black metal core which performs especially well on hard surfaces such as concrete, tile, and wood and stands up to heavier loads with a stable and secure roll.
• Weight capacity ranges from 2000 lbs on the 6 caster, 2500 lbs on the 8, 3000 lbs on the 10 and 3500 lbs. on the 12.
• Top plate measures at 5-1/4" x 7-1/4" with a bolt hole pattern of 3-3/8" x 5-1/4" to 4-1/8" x 6-1/8" and can either be bolted or welded on.
• Brake options include a side lock brake (SLB) which applies a positive locking force against the wheel hub which prevents the wheel from moving freely, or a bolt-on swivel lock (BSL) that when inserted into one of 4 notches found on the swivel raceway converts a swivel caster to rigid for straight-line tracking at any 90 degree angle. Combining both brake types ensures complete immobility over both swivel and wheel on the caster.
