Stress Relief oil can be used in the bath, in body products and/or diluted

Relieving Body Scrub: In a 4 oz mason jar combine ⠓ cup organic granulated
sugar (or a mixture of white and brown sugar), 15-20 drops Stress Relief
essential oil + 2 tbsp of organic extra virgin olive oil. Stir all
ingredients, label, and use as needed. You can adjust the amount depending on
the size of your container as well as how strong you want it to smell.
