How do I clean the bands? To clean your bands, soak the band in clean water.
Use a small amount of mild hand soap to clean the band and rinse it in fresh
water. Lay the band flat to dry. Once dry, you may rub a small amount of baby
powder, corn starch, or similar powder over the band to prevent sticking.
