This 8-inch flexible air duct reaches 8 feet in length when fully extended. It fits snugly over the 8-in duct flanges.
This 8" flex ducting is easy to install with a pair of included duct clamps and works for various HVAC, dryer, indoor growing, odorous air, humidity, and smoke exhaust applications.
The ducting is constructed with two layers of aluminum foil, a shape-forming steel wire helix in the middle, and an overcoat of a transparent film for extra protection.
This is a lightproof, non-insulated air duct with an R-value of zero. It will dissipate heat throughout its surface.
This duct comes as one 8-ft long piece when fully extended, It can be shortened or split into smaller parts of the desired length using a pair of metal snips.
