with a durable metal with an open molded handle, and vinyl-coated double J
hooks to prevent scratching and marring. The rack-ratchet is compatible with
square and round frame racks. Secure small to mid-size loads by attaching the
hook to an anchor point or loop around to affix with D-ring.
