This part is also called the Thermometer Port. It is a gray rubber part that
sits on the outside of the main bowl of the cooker, on the right side of the
fuel door. It has two ports designed to accept multiple size of heat probes,
sensors, and thermometers. It has one small round port made for smaller probes
and a larger slot port made for large or dual probes. This part is sold
individually.
