Dual Purpose V-Rack Our dual purpose V-Rack can be used upright to hold roastsand poultry and can be flipped over to serve as an efficient rib rack that canhold up to six vertically placed racks of ribs in much less space than if theywere cooked horizontally. When using the Plate Setter, the V-Rack can be usedin the XL and Large. Without the Plate Setter, the V-Rack can be used in theXL, Large and Medium. The VRPS is designed for the Small with or without thePlate Setter, or the Medium with Platesetter.
