ORDER NOW AND PLANT IN THE SPRING! Springtime will provide the best conditions
for the fungi to take hold as the fungus should be kept from freezing in the
first month and a half. Chicken of the woods grows well on oak, spruce, fir
and hemlock. We do NOT suggest using Cedar, Redwood or Cypress. 100 Plugs will
do about 3 logs approx. 6 in wide and 4′ long.
