Complete Pocket Knife Sharpening Kit: The Standard Lansky Sharpening System features three knife sharpeners, each for a unique purpose: a red coarse ceramic hone (120 grit) for edge reconditioning, a green medium ceramic hone (280 grit) for sharpening and less frequent touch-ups, and a blue fine (600 grit) ceramic knife sharpener stone for frequent touch-ups to keep your blade paper-slicing sharp.

Select the sharpening stone you'd like to use and attach it to a rod. Insert the rod into one of the angle slots in the bracket and begin working the stone along your knife's bevel. Repeat on the other side, going back and forth between the sides as you work through progressively finer grits. Before you know it, you'll have a razor-sharp edge!
