Color:white FLEX SEAL LIQUID is a patent pending, proprietary formulationthat starts out as a thick liquid and dries to a super strong, flexible,watertight rubberized coating. FLEX SEAL LIQUID can be brushed, rolled,dipped or poured to create a high performance protective rubber barrier thatblocks out air, water and moisture on a variety of surfaces and objects. Oncecured, FLEX SEAL LIQUID forms a durable, breathable, weatherproof, non slipbarrier thats resistant to rain, snow, sun, wind, hail, air, moisture, UVdegradation, extreme temperatures and natural weathering. DIRECTIONS: Stir canwell, do not shake. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of grease,oil and dirt. For better adhesion, scuff surface with sand paper or steelwool. Coverage will vary depending on amounts of coats used. 1 Large 16oz approx. 20Sq. Ft., 1 Jumbo 32oz approx. 40Sq. Ft., 1 Gallon can approx.150Sq. Ft., Brush or roll FLEX SEAL LIQUID using an even sweeping motion.Apply several even coats until the surface has been completely covered and ALLcracks and holes have been filled. Allow FLEX SEAL LIQUID to dry 24 to 48hours and apply additional coats as needed. Always brush or roll over a largerarea than just where the leak occurred. Dip object directly into the FLEXSEAL LIQUID make a slight swirling motion. Once the surface has been coated,remove and let any excess drip back into the can. Hang or clip the object inthe same vertical position as it came out of the can and let dry. Pour FLEXSEAL LIQUID directly on the surface allowing gravity to take FLEX SEALLIQUID into cracks, holes and hard to reach areas. Continue to pour until thesurface has been covered and all cracks and holes have been completely filled.
