Description

Store and transport sheet pans full of product with ease by using the Channel
AXD2815 side load heavy-duty aluminum bun pan rack! Great for commercial
kitchens, bakeries, or confectionaries, this bun pan rack can hold up to 15
full or 30 half size sheet pans. It can also accommodate 17″ x 25″ fryer
screens for added versatility. To withstand the rough, back-of-house hustle
and bustle, the rack is made with heavy-duty high tensile extruded aluminum.
It’s also fortified by extra thick aluminum cross supports. The pan slides,
which are extruded aluminum, are welded to the frame for reliability. They’re
spaced 4″ apart and feature a bottom load ledge design to make sliding in and
removing pans fast and easy. Mobility is made possible by the 5″ diameter full
swivel casters securely bolted to the frame. The casters are equipped with
non-marking wheels to protect the floors in your facility, as well as Zerk
grease fittings for smooth, long-lasting use. This particular bun pan rack is
covered by a lifetime warranty when used in traditional foodservice
