rack can hold up to 15 full size sheet pans with 1 1/2″ of space between each
wire slide, so you’ll always have enough room and support for your signature
pastries, sheet cakes, cookies, or broiled foods. To ensure long-lasting
durability, the rack is constructed of heavy-duty, high tensile type 6063-T5
