sorts and selects only those pork hock pieces (not whole pork hocks) which
meet their high standards, which are then hand trimmed, final inspected, and
packed. A no carbohydrate, high protein treat!!!!! Receive two 34 ounce jars
of cooked and cured boneless Pork Hocks; packed in water, vinegar, salt, FD&C
Red No. 40, flavoring. No refrigeration needed before or after opening. Best
when eaten within 3-4 months. Include PO Box address, or valid US shipping
address. PLEASE NOTE: Larger orders of Bay View products to AK and HI may
require additional shipping; customer will be notified.
