This set includes 25 point 88 fine-liner pens with water-based ink in vibrant
colors and have been specially designed to have a long “cap-off” time. The
uniquely-designed, long-wearing tips are encased in metal, so the pens can be
used with rulers and stencils without damaging the tip.
