Description

The Chameleon Detail Pen contains black pigment-based in that is permanent
when dry. Use for detail, outlines, illustration and manga. It is compatible
with other alcohol-based ink markers and will not smear when used with
Chameleon Color Pens. Double-ended with two fine line nibs in 0.6mm and 0.4mm.
