The new KOHLER Rite-Temp valve system sets new standards for ease of
installation, application versatility, and long-term reliability, simplifying
your plumbing project and providing maximum flexibility for future changes or
upgrades. The Rite-Temp valve platform uses the latest pressure-balancing
technology to provide anti-scald protection and temperature control for
enhanced showering comfort. Once the valve is installed, select your finished
trim and finish from KOHLER’s comprehensive design portfolio. Should you
decide to remodel in the future, simply change out your trim for the latest
design without the need to change the valve installation.

- Pressure-Balancing Valve Body and Cartridge Kit: Shower system valve body kit with 1/2" universal NPT and direct sweat inlets and outlets provides 5 GPM (18.9 LPM) and a maximum flow rate of 45 psi; shower valve kit includes valve body, pressure balance cartridge, rough-in guide and mud guard, 5.0 gpm (18.9 l/min) maximum flow rate at 45 psi, N/A
- Single Lever Valve Kit for Shower Faucet Set: Single lever design provides temperature regulation and anti-scald protection, cycling from off through cold to hot; features adjustable high temperature limit stop to control maximum water temperature from your showerhead, tub spout or shower wand
- Easy Install Brass Shower Valve: Shower valve body is made from forged dezincification resistant brass, providing long term reliability and resistance to aggressive water conditions; reversible cartridge design with symmetrical valve inlets simplifies standard, back-to-back or thin wall installation
- Additional Hardware for Installation and Use: Shower faucet valve body requires valve shower trim kit (sold separately) to complete installation; choose a Kohler shower trim kit to complement your shower valve
- ASME and ASSE Shower Valve Body Kit: KOHLER shower heads and shower system valve kits are ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1 and ASSE 1016/ASME A112.1016/CSA B125.16 compliant
