Description

Fluke Networks MS2-100 MicroScanner2 Cable Verifier performs continuity tests
on all wires in a few seconds and displays results graphically so you can see
opens, shorts, and cross wires. It also reports which end of the cable has a
problem and reports the distance to an open connection within the cable. The
revolutionary interface of this cable tester displays graphical wire map, pair
lengths, cable ID, and distance to fault on the oversized LCD screen that
shows crystal clear results whether in bright sunshine or in a dark closet.
Tests all common media types including RJ11, RJ45, Coax, with no need for
adapters. It detects today’s media services, including 10/100/1000 Ethernet,
POTS, and PoE. The built-in IntelliTone digital and analog toning precisely
locates virtually any cable or wire pair even on active networks. Ergonomic
design features a sleek rubber over mold to enhance grip and ruggedness.
Measures 3 inches by 6.4 inches by 1.4 inches (7.6 cm by 16.3 cm by 3.6 cm)
and weighs only 13 ounces (363 grams). Includes two AA alkaline batteries,
carrying case and is covered by a limited warranty.
