This is compatible with both RIGHT and LEFT side shoes and we would recommend getting a pair to stretch them at the same time. Please remember, this was crafted to fit regular 3 to 6 inch high heels shoes. These were NOT meant for boots, shoes with heels higher than 6 inches, steel, or rubber toe shoes.
